That stellar trio just got a bit better!
MSNBC reported the story that on December 1st the celestial event would peak, culminating in a convergence of the three into close enough proximity to fit within one telescopic field of view. I didn’t expect the smiling face far above us to look down and cause such a mass of text messages and comments but there it is in all of it’s brilliance. So, as an update to my post on the topic earlier, here are some new photos of the event taken this evening at 7pm local time (GMT +8). If you are reading this post as it publishes and you are in the United States you have some time to prepare and I highly recommend taking time to have a look into your evening sky tonight. It’s a comforting view.
